On June 26, 2010 Minnie Ethel Bailey, 88, of Nederland, Texas went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born in Emad, Louisiana on February 13, 1922 to the late Charles L. and Harriett Collins Nagle. She was the loving mother of James L. Bailey and wife, Peggy of Nederland, Janice Bailey of Nederland, and Regina Volentine and husband, Randall of Seabrook and cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents her husband, Stephen Martin Bailey, Sr. her son, Stephen M. Bailey, Jr. and brother, Willie E.
