Nada Cormier Champagne, 83, of Nederland, Texas passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020. Nada was born October 29, 1936 in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana to the late Dieu Donne and Edna Cormier. She loved gardening, homemaking, painting, dancing, joking around and most of all, her beloved dog, Maggie. Nada enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley.

Nada was preceded in death by her parents, Dieu Donne Cormier and Edna LeBlanc Cormier; brothers, Ted Cormier and Gary Cormier.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Angela Champagne, Julie Champagne, Brett Champagne and his wife, Tammy; Mark Champagne and his wife, Susie; Sharon Johnson and her husband, Jon; grandchildren, Amber Sheppard, Danielle Johnson, Chris Johnson, David Champagne, Mark Champagne, Miranda Champagne, Adrian Champagne, Joseph, Champagne, Theresa Tilter, Ashley Kimmons, Casey Kimmons and Joey Laneaux; numerous great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; siblings, Luda Cormier, Davy Cormier, Millie Cormier and Carrie Salinas; and father of her children, Joe W. Champagne.
