Nathan Lee Reynolds, Sr., 84, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Nathan was born June 7, 1927 in Geneva, Alabama to Arthur Lee Reynolds and Katie Singletary Reynolds. He was a longtime area resident and self-employed owner of Reynolds Insurance Agency, Inc. for 60 plus years. He was also a home builder and real estate developer. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Port Neches and Past Master of Cosmopolitan Lodge #872. Nathan was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He was an avid Bridge Player and after his retirement he traveled extensively in his motor home. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Reynolds of Port Neches, TX; two sons, Nathan "Buddy" Reynolds and wife, Cindy of Port Neches, TX, Gary Paul Reynolds and wife, Paula of Seattle, WA; sister, Lynell Price and husband, Don of Bridge City, TX, brother, Doyle Reynolds and wife, Maris of Missouri City, TX; grandchildren, Alan Lee Reynolds and wife, Jamie, Kevin Reynolds and wife, Lindsey, Dylan Reynolds and Morgan West; great-grandchild, Charlie Reynolds. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Dr. David Mahfouz officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday evening from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
