Dr Echols was our families doctor for all my younger years . I was the first boy baby he ever delivered and he kept in touch with our family all through the years. He had delivered my Mom Christmas goodies through his church up to her last Christmas. We talked about that during our last visits together. RIP Dr Echols. 🙏💙

Dr. Echols was a trusted physician for my family for many years and took good care of us. In recent years he drove carfuls of ladies (Charlene Williams, Kathleen Bobbitt, Nancy Stahl, Carma Bowden, and Bonnie Miller) to Lakeview for our annual church choir camp where we spent weeks singing, worshipping, and having wonderful times. Dr. Echols served on the board of the Texas Conference Choir Clinic and contributed many hours of work, wisdom, and fruitful ministry. I am very thankful for his life and faith and for the joyful reunion in the future.

I sang in the choir with Dr. Echols for several years and dearly loved the timbre and tone of his bass voice. He was always pleasant and cheerful and I know his family and friends will miss him. God bless you all. Bonnie Timaeus
