Pamela Ann Weyman Marshall, 60, of Rusk, Texas passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Rayburn Health Care. Pamela was born November 3, 1953 in Harlingen, Texas to James Price Weyman and Pauline Elaine Mills. She has been a resident of Rusk, Texas for the past 10 years but grew up in Port Arthur and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Lee Carter. Survivors include her husband, Louie R. Marshall of Rusk; mother, Pauline E. Mills of Port Arthur; two daughters, Dawn Wissing and husband Teddy of Orange, Heather Nichols and husband Niles of Jasper; two sons, Jeremy P. Oliver of Palestine, Nicholas Carter and wife Lauren of Nederland; two sisters, Stacey Lea Westmoreland and husband Mike of Groves, Jennifer Lynn Rainey of Sour Lake; brother, Jeffrey John Martin and wife Daphne of Austin; seven grandchildren, Austin, Noah, Ayden, Brendon, Brock, Claire, and Nicholas Jr. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves followed by a Memorial service at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Rick Erwin officiating.
