Patricia D. Burton, 86 of Groves, Texas passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013. Patricia was born June 4, 1927 in Haskell, Texas to Chris Dulaney and Myrtle Norman Dulaney. She was a resident of Groves for 56 years and retired from Pat Wood Pharmacy, and was a member of Nederland Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Bob" Burton; daughter, Laura Thomas and son-in-law, Steven Thomas; brothers, Norman Dulaney and Ned Dulaney. Survivors include her daughter, Anitra Kuhn and husband Houston of Nederland; four grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, and also her friend and companion, Fred Day. A gathering for family and friends will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
