Patricia "Pat" Grady, 84, of Groves passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Serenity Assisted Living in Beaumont, Texas. She was born on October 1, 1933 in Port Arthur, Texas to Baker Barnes and Curtis Cochran Barnes. Pat was retired from the Port Arthur Independent School District as a school secretary. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Baker and Curtis Barnes, husband, Jack Grady and son, Michael Grady. She is survived by two sons, Calvin Grady and wife Pamela of Groves and James Grady and wife Lisa of Apopka, FL., daughter in law, Lisa Strange of Maitland, FL, and four grandchildren, Ashley Anderson, Cassandra Grady, Austin Grady and Tyler Grady. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Sally, Sylvia, Ms. Vertil and all the staff at Serenity Assisted Living.
