Dear Family,I remember Jean Patsy coming to Dilley to visit Mother Daddy Edward Thelma when I was in Jr. High School...the 60s. I took Patsy to our local drugstore where they had the quotfountain drinksquot ever Patsy had a quotlimequot coke with me that all the rage back then. I thought she was the prettiest, funniest greatest aunt I was messaged by a friend of mine in Beaumont who read the name in the paper and remembered I had family there.I was sad to hear of your loss. I know how Patsys leaving us, will create a void in your lives. Just remember the good times, the life lessons that were taught. Make her proud for all the good things you all will accomplish. Be comforted in the fact that we will all be together one day... Love to all my Jorgensen family.Thyra

I just wanted to let you all know how sorry I am for your loss. Ms. Patsy was such a sweet lady. I specifically remember at my daddys funeral she gave mother the most comforting words that helped her so much. She will be missed greatly by so many people. I never told anyone, but before I went to worked for Jody I was unemployed and recovering from my accident.. With little money and new to town, I discovered the Hospitality Center just down the road from my house.. Mrs. Patsy used to serve me food a few days a week when times were tough.. She recognized me immediately at work one day visiting Jody and just winked and smiled, noone ever knew my hardships at home at that time, and I will never forget that day..

We will miss her, remember her and love her forever. Our love and prayers are with her entire family. AUNT PATSYS PRAYERMy Dear St. Thomas, most learned saint, please be with me today.Teach me to use the mind God gave me to the of my ability. To listen with my ears and to see with my eyes as to the needs of others, especially my family. To know when to keep my tongue from wagging and to never sit in judgment of anyone. To be more sincere in the things I say and do.To be more generous with what God has blessed me with, whether it be my time andor my money. To never be greedy, selfish or envious of others. To always try to do Gods will on earth.I love you, St. Thomas, I thank you and I praise God.

There are no words to express my grief for the loss of such a beautiful woman. My heart goes out to her beautiful family. People will say all kind of touching words to you and they mean them from the bottom of thier hearts. Often people will tell you that time will heal..it does not. Only the love for each other will get you through this and the good memories you had with your, mother, grandmother and friend will ease your pain. I am terribly sorry I cannot come to the services. I am taking care of one of my grandchildren the entire week. Just know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all..Love always,Sandy
