Patsy Ruth Berard

Patsy Ruth Berard, 91, of Port Arthur, Texas went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Port Arthur Community Retirement Home.

She was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 8, 1930 to Robert Hogan and Anna Machner Hogan.

Patsy lived in this area for 60 years and was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Port Neches.

She retired as a bank teller after 40 years at First Bank and Trust.

A visitation for family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Walton Berard, son, Barkley Jones and two sisters.

She is survived by her son, Forrest Jones and wife Janet of Hamshire, Texas, daughters, Camille Jones of Port Neches, Texas and Belle Jones of Groves, Texas, seven grandchildren, Tara Green, Troy Monceaux, Darrel Monceaux, Daniel Quebedeaux, Forrest Riley Jones, Deidre Faulk, and Robert Jones , fifteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
