Patsy Herring

1934 ∼ 2021

She entered this world on July 10, 1934. She flew home into the arms of Jesus on August 10, 2021. Our beautiful Momma and Grandma was so nurturing, loving and dedicated to the Lord. She taught us to love Father God and his Son Jesus with all our heart. She was truly a prayer warrior. Her prayers covered and protected our family more than we could ever know. Cooking was her passion. She was a wonderful party hostess who learned how to master the art of Christmas candy making. Her traditions will live on in our family. She had many kitty cats and puppies that she loved and nurtured throughout her life. She was a self taught piano player. She grew up playing hymns and singing in her daddy’s church. She had a beautiful voice and used it to glorify Jesus, her Lord and savior. One of her favorite things to do in her golden years was to teach her great grandchildren songs of praise. She is preceded in death by her husband, her precious Buddy, she was his Queen and always knew it. Her Mother Happy Davis,

her Dad Jay Boyd Davis, her great grandson, Griffin Barnett and her sister and brother-in-law Connie and Bob Toney.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Tricia and David, Connie and Jesse, Michael and Robert. Her grandchildren Chelcie, John, Todd, Toby, Chris, Aaron, Ashley, Joni and Mandy. Her great grandchildren Carter, Addison, Aubrey, Kade, Brooks, Emily, Aaron, Blayne and Delani . Her great great grandchildren Jonah and Ella.

We were her people…………….

We will LOVE YOU FOREVER MOMMA.

Tricia and Connie, You know how much I loved my Aunt Patsy. Growing up I was so in awe of her sweetness, beauty, talent and the love she had for our Lord. She was a role model and inspiration for all of us and would always stop and listen when you needed some guide ness or just wanted to talk. She was for me. I know you traveled easy Aunt Patsy and just wait for us in Glory. I love you both…..my sweet cousins, Diane

Patsy was a wonderful neighbor of mine for more than 35 years! She will always be remembered by me and my family. We made a lot of memories together, like all four of us, Buddy, Abel, oatsy and me, going to breakfast on Saturday mornings and sitting at our table for a couple of hours, just talking and laughing! I'll see all 3 of you someday and we'll be laughing and joking again, my sweet friend! Will miss you forever! Sincere heartfelt condolences to Mike and Robert and Connie and Trisha and their families!:latin_cross:️:pray::pray:

Pasty was always a lady. Her beauty was inside and out! She was an awsome cook. Her Egg Nog has always been the best and I will continue to always honor her when my guess can't believe Egg Nog never tasted so good. Patsy love the Lord and to sing his praises! I have been blessed to have known her! May Gods Love and Peace be with all of her family! With heart felt sympathy, Danell Adams
