Patsy Ann Reitz

Patsy Ann Reitz, 76, of Groves, Texas passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. Patsy was born August 4, 1938 in Vivian, Louisiana to Marion Elmer "Red" Hobbs and Elizabeth McCollough Hobbs. She has been a resident of Groves since 1974 and a member of First Christian Church. Patsy and her husband, Dean Reitz were both Allstate Insurance Agents before their retirement. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dean Reitz and brother, Philip Hobbs. Survivors include one daughter, Leah Svob and husband Mike of Bay City, TX; three sons, Milton Paul Huff and wife Cindy of Burlington, KS, Michael Huff and wife Gayla of Grand Cane, LA, and Allen Huff of Vidor, TX; one sister, Nancy Zerko and husband Frank of Orange, TX; one brother, David Hobbs of Orange, TX; sister-in-law, Elaine Hobbs of Atascocita, TX; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 7, 2015 at First Christian Church in Port Arthur followed by a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Scott Wallace officiating.
