Paula Sory Lee, 82, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 in her home where she was surrounded by her family. Paula was born September 30, 1933, in Jacksonville, Texas to George and Edith Sory. They moved to Port Arthur when she was a small child, and she made this area her lifelong home. She married Charles Lee in 1953 and had three sons: Mike, Larry, and Steve. She stayed home while the boys were young and worked as a radio sales representative for 29 years. She was the last surviving charter member of Trinity Presbyterian Church of Port Neches and one of the original Indianettes of Port Neches High School. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Charles Lee, and her granddaughter, Tina Lee. She is survived by her sons and their wives: Mike Lee and Nikki of Zachary, Louisiana; Larry Lee and Terry of Nederland; Steve Lee and Kathy of Spring, Texas. Her brother and wife, Bill Sory and Margaret, reside in Huntsville, Texas. She has nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, April 12th at 10:00 a.m. with visitation to be held at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches on Monday, April 11th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church of Port Neches, 805 Sierra Drive, Port Neches, Texas 77651-5606.
