I can remember the days that I was laughed and mocked at because I tried the unconventional ways to help a potential student soon to be attending her class. I was SHOCKED when she listened to me..along with Mrs. Donna. That's when life changed! Not only for me but for the betterment of Grant. It wasn't easy!!! It was challenging and yet she was up for the challenge. No matter how hard chelation was she wholeheartedly endured it.. She knew give it 2 HARD days and then she would see a major change. She saw improvement after those 2 days and encouraged me to keep doing what I was doing..even when I didn't know what i was doing was helping at all. If it wasn't for her I would have given up!! No lie!!! She believed in US when nobody else did. I'm sorry to hear of her passing but I'm forever grateful for her life giving abilities to encourage a scared mother to just keep going and keep enduring. In those years working with her...Grant went from a self contained classrooms..to a shadow aid by middle school. HELLO!! MAJOR MILESTONE!!!! I'll NEVER forget how much you advocated for Grant, me, and my family in general. Mrs. Penny you were a God send to me and Grant. Grant would NOT be the person he is today without your influence! May you rest and be at peace with our Lord and savior and most definitely enjoy your heavenly treasures. You earned it!!! Much love!!! Yet forever grateful!!! Hugs to your family..I just wanted them to know how much of an impact you were to mine..yet I can only imagine those before and after us. A BLESSING YOU WERE!!! ❤️ The Marshall family!
