Penny Bradley, 60, of Katy, Texas passed away Friday, August 25, 2017. Penny was born April 24, 1957 in Lake Charles, Louisiana and was a resident of Katy, Texas for the past 20 years. She was formerly employed by Ridgeways in Houston as a draftsman. Survivors include her mother and father, Joyce and Bobby Bradley of Nederland; sisters, Kim LeBlanc and Ralph Winters of Beaumont, and Angie Collins and husband Bill of Nederland; brother, Sterling Bradley and wife Kelly of Port Neches; and numerous nieces and nephews, Ashley Bradley, Allison Bradley, Jennifer Scivicoue and husband Carter, Michael Soileau and wife Janiece, Maegan Collins and Miranda Collins. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., with Reverend Brian Johnson pastor of Outdoorsmen Church of Winnie officiating. Burial will be at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.

I am so sorry to hear about Penny's death. I hadn't seen her in many, many years but she had recently been on my mind. She was such a sweetheart when we were kids.

Oh, Aunt Billy, I just saw this. I had no idea Penny had passed away I am so very sorry. She was so beautiful. I remember her from when she was about eight years old and her long beautiful hair and how happy she was. Please know we are praying for you and your family.

Growing up as next door neighbors when we were young, Penny was the "sweet one" of the bunch! haha One of my best memories is that she would frequently rescue me from the school bus in the morning and give me a ride to high school in her cool car. I will remember her as a true lady. Our entire family sends our deepest condolences to Joyce, Bobby, Sterling, Kim, and Angie and their families. We will remember the good times.

My Dear funny friend, so beautiful and kind to all the was fortunate to know Penny in this life. I know the Lord said "Well done my good and faithful servant". I pray all family and friends find comfort, knowing our very special angle lives in peace forever. I never thought I would say I cherish all of the Christian and Fashion magazines and junk mail Penny signed me up for.

My heart is so heavy to learn of Penny's passing. Although she was a few years younger, I always enjoyed being around her. She was a beautiful person inside and out and is going to be missed so very, very much. I ran into her somewhere in Houston in 1996 and I can't even remember where or how we crossed paths. However, I so enjoyed reminiscing and sharing with her a lot of laughter about the old times in PN and at PNG . Her laugh was melodious and infectious. She always had a smile on her beautiful face and a gentleness in her spirit and demeanor, and I have no doubts that she is radiantly beautiful and at peace in the presence of our Lord and Savior. My prayers are with you all during this sad time.
