Randy Lee Romero Sr.

Randy Lee Romero, Sr. 60, of Port Acres, Texas passed away November 24, 2018. Randy was born on July 21, 1958 in Port Acres, Texas to Lizay Romero and Enola Delcambre Romero. He worked as a carpenter.
Those left to cherish Randy’s memory are his daughters, Brandy Stelly, and her husband Joey of Groves, Texas, and Angella Garner, and her husband Jonathan of Lake Charles, Louisiana; his son, Randy Romero, Jr. of Port Acres, Texas; his grandchildren, Amberlynn Guidry, Braelynn Stelly, Madalynn Stelly, Caden Romero, Hunter Romero, Nathan Garner, Caleb Garner, and Tara Reed; his brother, David Romero, and his wife Brenda of Hampshire, Texas; and his sister Diana Taylor, and her husband Don of Port Acres, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters Terry Dimick, and Nancy Pickard; and his brother Jimmy Romero.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland. Funeral services will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of usual remembrances, memorials can be given to the Humane Society for Animals.
