Regina DeBlance, 74, of Vidor, Texas passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Regina was born September 22, 1943 in Port Arthur, Texas to Clyde Wing and Eula Mae Osborne Wing. She was a lifelong area resident and was a member of Caney Creek Church. Survivors include her two daughters, Susie Avery and husband Fred of Groves, and Linda Adams and husband Joe of Port Arthur; sister, Sharon Fawcett of Groves; grandchildren, Natalie Avery, and Amanda Castolenia and husband Jared. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 12 noon on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. Pallbearers will be Kevin Fawcett, Brian Fawcett, Joe Adams, Ed Rhein, Jared Castolenia, and Fred Avery.
