I remember my Mom sitting in front of her dresser and using those outlined brows to apply her make up and how she loved her red lipstick. Oh, she use to put a beauty mark on also. My next favorite memory was when Granny would allow us to stay up late waiting for her to come home from work at the Paragon. She would bring us our favorite food from there and then sit up with us for hours listening to records and just talking and doing other activities. She would sit in a rocker. We learned how to hand sew, crochet and laugh. She may of not been home much back then, but she made the most of her time with us valuable. A woman with a loving heart and cared about everyone and their feelings. I never heard my mom say a bad word about anyone. She always wanted to be kind. I love you Mom and will always miss you. Kisses and hugs. Your daughter, Sue-Sue.
