Robert Carl Foulk, Sr., 87, of Port Neches, Texas died Sunday, November 23, 2014 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. Robert was born March 10, 1927 in Newark, Ohio. He was a resident of Port Neches since 1971 and retired from Unocal as an Environment Dept. Manager. He was a US Navy WWII Veteran in the Pacific Theatre and a Mason. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Levington Funeral Home in Port Neches with Judge Morris McCall officiating. Military rites will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 1:00 pm until time of service 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Robert is survived by his wife, Dorothy Foulk of Port Neches, Texas; daughter, Debbie Bourgeois and husband Tom of Centennial, Colorado; sons, Robert Foulk, Jr. and wife Janie of Upper Arlington, Ohio; Bill Foulk of Port Neches, Texas; Frederick Foulk and wife Laura of Vidor, Texas; grandchildren, Amy Zampini, David Foulk, Chris Bourgeois, Fred Foulk, Phil Bourgeois, Stephen Bourgeois, and Emily Foulk; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
