Robert Lee LeBlanc

Robert Lee "Bobby" LeBlanc, 72, of Nederland, Texas died Friday, January 22, 2010. Bobby was born January 3, 1938 in Groves, Texas to Oday LeBlanc and Gladys Benoit LeBlanc. He was a lifelong area resident and retired insulator from Dupont. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Funeral services will be at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Steven McCrate, pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held from Thursday from 3:00p.m.-6:00p.m. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Helen Trahan and Vivian Feverjean; brothers, Tommy LeBlanc and Rufus LeBlanc. Survivors include his daughters, Sandy McGovern of Washington, Debbie McNiel and husband, Darrel of Port Acres; grandchildren, Taylor McGovern, Sarah McGovern, Heather Ragan, Brandon Ragan and Derrick Ragan; great-grandchildren, Antonio Ragan and Jamor Ragan; five nephews, four nieces and his favorite Moot.
