Robert S. Long, 72, of Nederland, Texas passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 in Port Arthur, Texas. Robert was born on August 18, 1948 in Upland, California to the late, Robert Paul Long and Ruby Louise Long.
Those left to cherish Robert’s memory include his loving wife of 55 years, Willa Long of Nederland; his son, Robert William Long and his wife, Vicki of Plano, Texas; his daughter, Tamara Bianchi and her husband, Brian of Port Neches; grandchildren, Hannah, Britni, Josie, Savannah and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Axel, Luke and Craig; brothers, Donald Long, Jim Long and Dan Long; sisters, June and Judy; and his beloved dog “Paco”.
Robert his preceded in death by his parents, Robert Paul Long and Ruby Louise Long; and his uncles, Glen Macrill and Jim Macrill.
There will be a memorial service to honor Robert’s life at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home, Nederland, Texas.
