Robert "Bob" Mills, 72, of Groves, Texas passed away Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Bob was born February 16, 1943 in Port Arthur, Texas to Jesse J. and Theda Mills. He was a lifelong area resident and retired supervisor from DuPont. He was also a U. S. Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Mills. Survivors include two sons, James Mills and his wife Brandy of Waco, and Robert Mills and his wife Katherine of Village Mills, TX; six grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas.
