Robert A. Richter, 80, of Groves, Texas passed away January 14, 2017 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Robert was born August 17, 1936 in Columbus Texas to Charles Robert Richter and Geraldine Miller Richter. He was a lifelong area resident and retired mechanic. A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 24, 2017 at Haven of Rest Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas will be under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas.
