Robert quotScottyquot Kendrick, 62, of Nederland, TX, passed away December 23, 2009. He was born November 21, 1947 in Port Arthur, TX to the late Woodrow Kendrick and Helen Crowther Cruthirds. He retired in security but, was a master and lifelong quotJack of All Tradesquot with a true passion for college football. An even greater passion was donating to several charities with his favorite being Saint Jude. He will truly be missed by the ones who really knew him and we honor the fighter he was during his battle with cancer.Scotty is survived by his son, David Kendrick and wife, Melissa daughter, Michelle Babino and husband Tony soninlaw, Jason Preston grandsons, Anthony, Brenden and Case Babino, Lucas, Logan, Lance, and Liam Preston, and a Kendrick Boy will be making an appearance in just a few months brothers, Mike Kendrick and wife, Sybil, Dale Kendrick and wife Odette sisters, Judy Broussard and husband the late Fred, Sandra Bushnell and husband the Late Norman, Sherrill McComber and husband, Bobby, Kay Williams and husband, Van and several nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Ann Kendrick daughter, Laura Preston and grandson, Joshua Preston.Cremation arrangements are under the ion of Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, TX.
