Robert William Post, 48, of Groves, Texas passed away July 5, 2012 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. He was born in Port Arthur on July 13, 1963 to Jack and Adele Motangue Post.Funeral services will be held at Melancons Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Rick Koonce officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.Robert is survived by his wife, Desiree Ramirez Post of Groves parents daughters, Crystal Post and Destiny Post, both of Groves sons, Blake Post of Groves, Joseph Hollis and wife Mara of Ky, and Cory Hollis of Groves brother, Donnie Post of Groves sisters, Jan Broussard of Nederland, Karon Tupper of Beaumont, and Debbie Green of Denison and grandchildren, Issac, Noah, and Nevaeh Castillo.Contributions can be made to Neches Federal Credit Union in memory of Robert Post.
