Roland Degeyter, 53, of San Antonio, Texas died Saturday, October 5, 2013 at his residence. Roland was born June 23, 1960 in Port Arthur, Texas to Roland Ledet and Gladys Degeyter. He was a resident of San Antonio, Texas for the past 8 years and a former resident of the Mid-County area. Roland was a Bus Driver for the elderly and a former Port Arthur Transit Bus Driver with 12 years of service. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 11, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2013 at the funeral home. Roland is survived by his father, Roland Ledet of Port Arthur, Texas; daughters, Halee Degeyter and Chloee Degeyter both of San Antonio, Texas; sons, Bryan Degeyter of Vidor, Texas; Lance Degeyter of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Leanna Ledet and Leona Ledet both of Port Arthur, Texas; brothers, Bo Ledet and wife, Amy of Groves, Texas; Hustiss Ledet of Port Arthur, Texas.
