Ronald Cormier, 63, of Llano, formally of Port Arthur, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at his home in Llano.Ronald was born March 21, 1949 in Crowley, Louisiana to the late John Wilber and Lilla Mae Cormier and lived most of his life in the Port Arthur area. He was employed as a material management supervisor in the oil industry. Ronald also served his country in the U.S. Army.Funeral services will be 10 AM Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Melancons Funeral Home in Nederland, with entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. A gathering of friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Monday at the funeral home.Ronald was preceded in death by his parents also his sister, Griscilda Cookie Foreman, and his stepson, Joshua Myles Cooper. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Larson Cormier of Llano his daughter, Misty Ann Hanes and husband Todd of Spring his son, Michael Ray Cormier and wife Tracy of Kirbyville his stepdaughter, Naomi Olivia White and husband Daniel of San Antonio his stepson, Caleb Mendel Cooper of Orlando, Florida his ten grandchildren, Morgan, Blake Grace, and Chloe Hanes, Taylor Fawvor, Rebekah Cormier, Victoria, Gabriel, Olivia, and Savannah White his sister, Lorna Dean Delacerda and husband Carl of Colmesneil and his brother, Tommy Neal of Stroudsburg, PA.
