Ronald Edwin “The Barber” DeBlance, 75, of Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Port Neches, Texas passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018 in Beaumont, Texas. Ronald was born in Port Neches on December 23, 1942 to the late Lawerence Earl DeBlance and Aubry Hammers DeBlance.
Those left to cherish Ronald’s memory include his sister, Theresia DeBlance Wagner and her husband, Nolan of Groves, Texas; his nieces, Karen Borne of Groves and Donna Elaine LeBlanc and husband Ricky of Port Neches; his former wife, Velma “Sassy” DeBlance of Las Vegas, NV. Ronald is also survived by a host loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by his brothers, Donald and Gary DeBlance; sister, Marie Hemmenway; nephews, Glenn Michael Vincent and Gerard Lee Vincent and his niece, Susan Gale Vincent.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. followed by a graveside service to be held at 2:30 p.m. at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
The family would like to thank Dale and Lynne Wisby for their friendship and loving care of Ronald.
