Ronald "Fray" James Frazier, Jr.

Ronald James Frazier, Jr., affectionately known as “Fray” was born September 28, 1989 in Beaumont, Texas to Ronald James Frazier, Sr., and Agnes Charles. Fray departed this life Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at the young age of 31 years.

Fray was a social butterfly and enjoyed being in the presence of people. He had a love for children and was recently blessed with his first and only child, Legend Frazier. Fray enjoyed listening to loud music, eating and spending time with family.

Fray is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Amy Frazier and Martha Brown, and his aunt, Kendra Charles.

Those left behind to cherish Fray’s memory are his mother, Agnes Charles; father, Ronald James Frazier, Sr.; son, Legend Frazier; brothers, Diontae Thompson and Christopher Frazier; sisters, Tevia Stoker and Tamara Thibodeaux; paternal grandmother, Betty Frazier; uncle, John Guillory and his wife, Charlette; aunts, Lee Frazier; Katerina Chillow and Diane Frazier; and a host of family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., with the service to begin at 4:00 p.m., at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
