Obituary

Ronn Harmon, a lifelong resident of Nederland, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2026, in his hometown. He was born on November 18, 1948, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Robert Lee Harmon and Evelyn Hazel Galbreath Harmon.

Ronn dedicated a portion of his life to serving his country in the Air Force. Following his military service, he embarked on a distinguished career as a Cable Splicer for ATT, where he worked for 33 years.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 27 years, Frances Harmon, and his parents, Robert Lee Harmon and Evelyn Hazel Galbreath Harmon.

Ronn is survived by his son, Rob Harmon of Nederland, Texas; his stepdaughters, Heather DuBose and her husband Johnny of Orangefield, Texas, and Leigh Davis and her husband Shawn of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He also leaves behind his sister, Pam Horka of Silsbee, Texas. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Tyler Davis and Logan Dubose, and his great-grandchildren, Christina Davis, Emily Davis, and Danika Dubose Carr.
