Ronnie Louis Eldridge, 28, of Nederland, Texas passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023.
Ronnie was born on June 20, 1995 in Port Arthur, Texas to Misty McAnally and Bubba Eldridge. He was a pipefitter for Turner Construction for five years. Ronnie loved to watch and play soccer and listen to music, he loved his ‘rock n roll” music. He was known as a hard worker and craftsman. Ronnie loved people; he enjoyed starting conversations with just about anyone because he loved getting to know people better. He would just start chatting with people, that’s one of the reasons why people loved him. Ronnie was mainly known as a family man. He loved them dearly and would do anything for them. Ronnie was loved by his family, friends and co-workers; he will be missed dearly.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Britleigh Eldridge of Nederland; children, Gabriel Eldridge, Azrael Eldridge and Lillian Eldridge all of Nederland; father, Mike Key of Nederland; mother, Betty Odom of Fred, Texas; grandparents, Jack and Marilyn Eldridge of San Antonio, Joyce Jones of Nederland; sisters, Alexis Eldridge, Morgan Kimbrell, Heather Hornbuckle and her husband Jeff, brothers, Caden Eldridge, Austin Kimbrell, Scotty Kimbrell, Shaun Kimbrell and his wife Melissa, Brad Kimbrell, Troy Key and his fiancée’ Nerissa and Shane Aguillard; his biological father, Bubba Eldridge and his fiancée Stacy Wilkerson of Vidor.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his mother, Misty McAnally; sister, Brittnie Eldridge.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Melancon Funeral Home in Nederland. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2023, at Melancon Funeral Home in Nederland with burial to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Caleb Guerrero, Gage Eldridge, Stewart Gallender, Corbit Mingle, Juan Gonzalez and Yoshio Alvarez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Key, Troy Key and Austin Kimbrell.
