Rose Chapman, 54, of Port Neches, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Methodist Hospital in Houston. She was born on December 30, 1958 in Pirmasens, Germany to late LeRoy Shackelford and Gertrude Plossel and lived in this area since 1994.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Chapman of Port Neches; sons, Christopher Chapman of Port Acres and Robert Chapman of Nederland; sister, Anita Killebrew of Canutillo, TX; brother, James Shackelford of Sunnyville, CA; grandchildren, Jason and Katelyn Rose Chapman; Daughter-in-laws, Heather Chapman and Krystal Rhodes.
