Rosie L. Prince, 96, of Groves, Texas passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022, at her residence in Groves, Texas.

Service will be 3:00p.m, Friday, July 1, 2022, at the gazebo in Oak Bluff Memorial Park Port Neches, Texas. Officiating will be Chaplain Mike Anderson

She was born in Slocomb, Alabama, on January 29, 1926. She was the daughter of Wilton Franklin McElvain and Jennie Peacock McElvain.

She was preceded in death by her first husband D.C. Lisenby and second husband L.J Prince; sister, Estelle Hardin; brother, John McElvain; stepson, Larry Prince.

She is survived by her son, David Lisenby and wife Charlotte of Nederland, Texas; daughter, Beth Dreisbach and husband Bob of Groves, Texas; stepchildren, Cheryl Brown and husband Hank of San Antonio, Texas, Wade Prince and wife Nancy of Lumberton, Texas, and Eileen Freeman and husband Mitchell of Brookeland, Texas; fourteen grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; sister Annie Dell Leleux of Winnie, Texas.
