I worked with Jamie at Total Image salon, he had such a sweet spirit, and lit up any room he graced his presence with, the world lost a wonderful human, but heaven gained an angel.

Jamie left this world a better place than he found it—he will be missed by many. Although years have gone by since our last interaction, I’ll always remember his kind spirit.

I met Jamie once at Shelley and Jason’s home. Of course, just meeting him that one time, I felt like I knew him forever. He cut my hair at his shop and I lived it. I brought him to work because his car would not start. I told him “Jamie, go and get you a brand new car today”. He even raised his hood to try and start it. I said no sir. Come on, I will go with you to the dealership.....anyway I knew him briefly but he was a big teddy bear and so So sweet. RIP sweet Jamie. You will not be forgotten. And you have your dad with you...

I met Jamie through the theater years ago, but really got to know him during “Hairspray “ at PALT when he played Edna. I wrapped my arms around him to measure him to make his costumes. While measuring him he wrapped his arms around me and thanked me with the best hug a person could receive. When he was working I took a dress to fit him and he came out all dressed up with the biggest grin, that’s how I want to remember him, glowing and completely wrapped up in his character.
