Ruby Marie Rogers Bolyard, was born July 24, 1928 in Coconut Grove, Florida to the late Harvey and Viola Rogers. She went to her heavenly home on Monday, July 20, 2020. Ruby was a faithful member of the First Christian church in Groves. She was an active member in the Christian Womens Fellowship. She enjoyed gathering with friends at the Groves Home Demonstration Club, they were best known for baking pecan pies for the Groves Pecan Festival. She and her husband, Norman T Bolyard established Bolyards Hospital Equipment in 1957 and built their first Putt-Putt Golf Course in 1965. They worked side by side for many years. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Norman T. Bolyard, her daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Ron Miles of Baytown, and her son-in-law Richard Boudreaux of Groves, and brother Fred Rogers. Survivors include her daughter Becky Bolyard Boudreaux of Groves; her grandchildren, Brian Miles and wife Wendy of College Station, Jeff Miles and wife Rachel of Baytown, Kristi Whitten and husband Steve of Groves, and Josh Boudreaux of Groves; six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and sister, Jo Northen of San Antonio. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., with Jeff Miles officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Memaw was a beautiful lady inside and out. I will never forget her wit and her smile. My prayers are with you Becky, Kristi, and Josh. I know there's a Cajun up in heaven giving her a hard time. Love you all.
