How Great Thou Art

by Chris Rice

O Lord my God,

When I in awesome wonder

Consider all

The works Thy Hand hath made,

I see the stars,

I hear the mighty thunder,

Thy pow'r throughout

The universe displayed,

When through the woods

And forest glades I wander

I hear the birds

Sing sweetly in the trees,

When I look down

From lofty mountain grandeur

And hear the brook

And feel the gentle breeze,

Then sings my soul,

My Savior God, to Thee,

How great Thou art!

How great Thou art!

Then sings my soul,

My Savior God, to Thee,

How great Thou art!

How great Thou art!

All our love and condolences to the family — to Daryl and Phyllis, spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren—for the loss of a mom, mother-in-law, grandma, and great-grandma. She was one of kind, and will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. Thinking of her brings back many good memories. I'd give anything to see and hear those four Lohmeyer gals—Dorothy and Ruby, Dolores and my mom, Pauline—cackling away again in each other's company. They loved being together.Jerry & Sharon Griffin

We will all miss Ruby, she had the best memory of the good times and hard times of all the Lohmeyer cousins growing up in Washington, Tx. We will miss sharing those stories. We always looked forward to seeing James and Ruby at the Lohmeyer gatherings. Dorothy, Ruby, and Vernell, we will miss them but will carry our memories forward. Our condolence and sympathy go to Daryl and Debbie, and Phyllis.
