Russell Wayne "Rusty" Bonin 62 of Port Neches died Saturday September 15, 2012 at his residence. Russell was born on July 19, 1951 in Port Arthur, Texas to Felix Bonin and Ellen McDaniels Bonin. He was a lifelong area resident and a Retired Machinist Operator from Dupont Lucite International with 34 years of service. Russell was preceded in death by his father Felix Bonin and daughter Amanda Bonin. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 18, 2012 at 10:30 am at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Port Neches with Reverend Cliff Rucker officiating under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Nederland. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at the church on Tuesday. Russell was survived by his wife Jo Ann Bonin of Port Neches; mother Ellen Bonin of Labelle, Texas; daughter Maddalynn Bonin of Port Neches; sons Casey Bonin and wife Michelle of Labelle, Texas and Scott Bonin of Port Neches; sisters Linda Kingrey and Carol Hammonds; brothers Jay Bonin and Randy Bonin; granddaughters Taylor, Tara, and Jasmine Bonin.
