Russell Mitchell Melancon, Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on January 27, 2026, at the age of 76, in Beaumont, Texas. Born on July 17, 1949, in Port Arthur, Texas, Russell led a life marked by dedication, love, and a passion for the great outdoors.
