Mrs. Samford was always my favorite neighborhood mom when I was growing up across the street from her on 30th Street. Steve, Cleve, Jarrod, and family, please know that all of you are in my prayers. I will forever carry in my heart the memories of this wonderful lady. Steve Cutaia

Maw was so thoughtful and loving. We will miss her dearly. She had a beautiful heart and her laugh will never be forgotten. She was a strong lady with a gentle presence. We are selfish and want her here with us but know that she is filled with joy in heaven.
