Ruth H. Wallace

Ruth H. Wallace, 82, of Groves died Monday, May 24, 2010 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur. She was born on April 28, 1928 in Bell County, Texas to David M. Pace and Mary Dennis Pace. Ruth had lived in Groves for 40 years was a retired beautician and was a member of the Jasper Church of Christ . Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with burial to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Mr. Bobby South of Jasper Church of Christ will be officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Harles Wallace and thirteen brothers and sisters . She is survived by three sons, Charles D. Wallace and wife, Bonnie of Groves, Tx., Johnny Wallace and wife, Theresa of Huxley, Tx., and Ronny Wallace and wife, Valerie of Groves, Tx., one brother, Floyd Pace of Longview, Tx., six grandchildren, Angie Macon, David Wallace, Jeremy Wallace, Shaun Wallace, Hayley Wallace and Adam Wallace and nine great grandchildren.
