Ryan Reagan Bell, 55 of Katy passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 in Houston. Ryan was born on August 28, 1960 in Beaumont to the late Raymond Bell and Mary Maxey Bell.

Those left to cherish Ryan’s memory are his beloved wife, Lorrie Bell of Katy; sons, Ryan R. Bell II of Katy, Sean Spell of Katy and Mark Spell of California; brother, Raymond R. Bell of Houston; nephew, Richard R. Bell of Houston and one granddaughter Lailoni Spell.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 27, 2016 beginning at 1:00p.m. with a memorial service to celebrate Ryan’s life to begin at 2:00p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.

My sincere condolences to all of Reagan's Family and Friends. Reagan was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. I will always be internally greatful to him for making it possible that we have a recording of my brother, Bobby Sheffield. It's a precious gift I, my family and many friends will always treasure. He shared his kindness and talent with many on his journey in this life. He's free now from all Illness and pain and no doubt part of music more beautiful than anything imaginable.
