Ryan Christopher Esquivel, 36, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Sunday, October 2, 2016. Ryan was born November 26, 1979 in Nederland, Texas to Howard Esquivel and Cheryl Roberts Esquivel. He was lifelong resident of Port Neches and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Nederland. Ryan worked as a Welder for ExxonMobil. He was also a softball coach for Mid-County MOJO Softball and had been an active Board Member and Coach for Port Neches and Nederland Girls Softball Leagues. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, October 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with a remembrance service to begin at 4:00 p.m.at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Reverend Dustin Byrd officiating. Ryan was preceded in death by his father, Howard Esquivel. Surviving relatives include his wife, Kristen Esquivel of Port Neches, Texas; mother, Cheryl Girometta and husband Giuliano of Nederland, Texas; daughters, Bryleigh Bean and Irelyn Bean of Port Neches, Texas; son, Ryan Christopher Esquivel, Jr. of Lumberton, Texas; sisters, Megan Esquivel of Beaumont, Texas; Kiesta Smith of San Antonio, Texas; brothers, Steven Esquivel of Groves, Texas; Michael Esquivel of Nederland, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. It is with a heavy heart that I say "rest in peace sweet Ryan". You were always full of life, laughter, and fun. Thank You for sharing some of those times with me through out the years.
