Sandra Kay Kelley, 53, of Nederland, Texas, passed away February 15, 2020. She was born on July 20, 1966 to the late James H. Kelley and Charlene Haygood Kelley.

Those left to cherish Sandra’s memory are her daughter, Amber Sanford, and her husband Justin, of Nederland; her sons Michael Stelley of Nederland, and Jesse James, and his wife Adrianna, of San Diego, California; her twelve grandchildren; her sisters, Candace Kelley of Nederland, and Susan LeBlanc, and her husband Sam, of Nederland; and her brothers Billy Alsop, and his wife Stella, of Missouri, and Ronnie Alsop of California. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Dortha Mae Kelley.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Eagles Lodge, 2313 Nederland Ave., Port Neches, TX 77651. Services are under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
