Sandra Bennison Robinson

Sandra Bennison Robinson, 82, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, in Port Neches, Texas.

 

Sandra's remarkable life will be celebrated during the visitation on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Following the visitation, funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. The service will conclude with the burial at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.

 

Sandra was born on January 2, 1942, in Beaumont, Texas to the late Walter and Alice Bennison. She grew up in a loving home and was always cherished by her parents. Sandra dedicated many years of her life working as an Executive Secretary for Mobil Oil. Her commitment and professionalism were admired by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Outside of work, Sandra found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a great passion for shopping, particularly indulging in QVC sessions where she could discover new treasures to bring into her home. Among all cuisines, Mexican food held a special place in Sandra's heart. Her love for spicy flavors and savory dishes was unmatched.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Alice Bennison, as well as her cherished grandparents. She also mourned the loss of her beloved sister, Wanda Mikko, brother-in-law J.W. Robinson and her nephew Craig Tahaney. Their memories will forever be treasured by Sandra's grieving family.

Sandra leaves behind a loving husband, Ronald Robinson of Port Neches, TX, who stood by her side throughout their journey of love and companionship. She also leaves behind a legacy of love through her nieces Kendra Mikko and Melanie Goodwin, her Goddaughter Ashlin Tahaney, nephew Kevin Mikko, great-nephew Cole Mikko, and great-niece Katelin Mikko; sister Jean Goodwin and husband Preston; sister-in-laws: Freddie Robinson, Gale Tahaney, and Sandy Guidry.  Sandra's beautiful spirit will continue to guide and inspire them as they navigate life without her physical presence.
