I have lived in WhiteTail Ridge over 10 years and haven't heard a bad word about Scott. He was the type of person that would help you if he could. Whenever I went to Tyler County Tractor, and seen Scott, he always took time to greet me and he always had a smile. I will miss him. Rest in peace Scott
