Shawn Francis Hebert, 40, of Port Neches passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020.
He was born February 19, 1980 in Port Arthur, Texas to Wade Anthony Hebert and Theresa Ann Pellerin Hebert.
Shawn was a lifelong area resident and member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.
He was employed as a Process Supervisor with Exxon Mobil for 14 1/2 years.
Shawn was the greatest husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He enjoyed doing everything for his family. He loved going fishing and hunting with his great friends growing up. Once Evan came along, then he had a fishing/hunting partner for life. He was a great teacher to Evan and they were best friends. He loved nothing more than being with his family and watching Evan play sports. We enjoyed making memories at the lake that he called heaven on earth. When Laikyn came along, she was instantly wrapped around his finger. She is a daddy's girl. He also enjoyed being a girl dad playing babies, tea parties, getting makeup done by her, and watching her in pageants and recitals. He was the best all around dad that I could have ever hoped for for our children. I have been in love with him since I was 17, high school sweethearts, and I will continue to love him til we are reunited together one day.
Thank you for all of the prayers received during this devastating time of our life. We greatly appreciate it.
