Shirley Dean Miller

Shirley Dean Miller, 77, of Nederland passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at her residence in Nederland.Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Melancon39s in Nederland with Pastor Leah Mazzapica officiating, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.Mrs. Miller was born November 21, 1933 in Port Neches to Ramie Collins and Bonnie O39Bannon and lived all of her life in the Nederland and Port Neches area. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband J.C. Miller, her daughter, Diana Miller, her sons, Jacob Miller and Charlie Miller. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Thomas and her husband Roy of Port Neches, and Kayla Montgomery and her husband Troy of Nederland her sister, Betty Fults of Nederland her brother, Phillip Collins five grandchildren, Bonnie Price, Katie Burd, Holly Crannell, Melissa Fox and Rachel Fox also one great grandson Nicholas Klumpp and numerous nieces and nephews.
