Shirley Ann Hebert, 73, of Port Neches passed away, Sunday October 21, 2018 at her residence in Port Neches. Shirley was born January 12, 1945 in Port Arthur to the late Everett McCoy and Clara Morgan McCoy. She was retired as a beautician with 50 years of service, and was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 52 years, Rodney Hebert of Port Neches; her daughter, Amber Comeaux and her husband Jed of Port Neches; her son, Aaron Hebert and his wife Roxana of Houston; her sisters, Mary Boone and her husband J.C. of Huntington, Linda West and her husband Brooke of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sue Hebert and her husband Dixon of Vidor, and Kay Thompson and her husband David of Abbott. Also surviving are her 5 grandchildren, Kaylin Comeaux, Madison Comeaux, Elijah Hebert, Lukas Hebert, and Lex Hebert. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Jane Riggins, and brother, Leslie McCoy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches with Msgr. Dan Malain officiating, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland. A Rosary will be recited at 5:00 p.m. Friday evening by Deacon Ivan Watson, followed by a gathering of family and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral Home.
