I loved visiting Aunt Shirley. I've been reminiscing with my own kids about going to her house and her always having soda and candy and offering us whatever we wanted...I would say when we were kids, but she never stopped even when we grew up! She spoiled Matt and I right alongside our own grandparents and great-grandparents. Best of all about visiting Aunt Shirley were her hugs. She would grab you and hold tight. She also loved to tell stories about relatives and any other experience she felt like relating. We will be praying for all of her children and grandchildren now and in the days to come as you remember her life and love. I'm so sorry we will miss the services. Please accept our deepest sympathy in your time of loss. Blessings, Corrie (Conner) Bell

My deepest sympathies to you during this time of grief and loss. She was a strong influence in my life as a child witnessing her Christian leadership in our Church Life. I don't have many memories without our Mothers being involved in almost every aspect of Church. We were truly blessed as children of Christian Parents. It has been a couple of years since I last saw your Mother, at a Church function (of course) with Lanny. Remarkably she seemed the same albeit a bit older but the same nonetheless. The loss of a Mother is painful but the comfort you have knowing that she is rejoicing is Heaven must be wonderful. With Love and Sympathy, Rebecca (Bell) Blackwell
