Stacy Lynn Haltom

Stacy Lynn Haltom, 60, of Sabine Pass, Texas, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023, in Houston, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas. Officiating will be Pastor Shane Jennings. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves, Texas.

Visitation will take place prior to the service at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

Stacy was born in Fort Hood, Texas, on September 4, 1962, she was the daughter of Elray Bonin and Raeleen Cropper - Bonin. Stacy was employed in security at Sabine Port Authority. During her free time, she enjoyed crabbing at the beach and sailing. Stacy loved her grandchildren, Hunter, Dylan, and Elray. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, and sister. Stacy’s loved ones will go on to cherish their memories of her and will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her father, Elray Bonin.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Edward Lee Haltom of Sabine Pass, Texas; mother, Raeleen Cropper of Nederland, Texas; son, Joseph Champagne and wife, Shanta of Nederland, Texas; daughter, Adrian Champagne – Rios and husband, Carlos of Washington State; step-daughter, Mellissa Smith and husband, Curt of Jasper, Texas; grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Dylan Smith, and Elray Champagne; sister, Deena Bonin of Port Arthur; and brother, Hud Bonin and wife, Karen of Kennedy, Texas.
