Sue Phillips, 88, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Pelican Bay in Beaumont, Texas. Sue was born August 21, 1929 in Collins, Mississippi to Dennis Shoemake and Theola Sanderson Shoemake. She was a resident of this area for 67 years and a retired Bookkeeper with 16 years of service. A graveside service will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Bluff Memorial Park with Reverend Eldon Reed officiating under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home Port Neches. Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Ransom Glenn Phillips. Surviving relatives include her daughter, Connie Watler of Kountze, Texas; son, Mike Phillips and wife Bernadette of Dickinson, Texas; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
